Hi, I’m Tamarra but you can
call me TJ!

I came across Pilates in 2015 when a friend was taking her teacher training course and needed someone to practice teach with. At the time, I was looking for a job in the movement industry so when I learned about Pilates, I realized this was the path I wanted to go down. In 2017, I took the teacher training course, got my Pilates certification and I have never looked back!

I love helping people move better and become pain-free. As a rock climber, I have experienced many injuries over the years and have learned a lot about how to rehab those injuries. Now my goal is to help educate and empower others to do the same so they can do what they love to do.

My classes are about feeling good, being creative, and having fun! Even more important, I try to teach clients about what is happening in their body, what those little muscles they didn't know they had are called and, how they can use this knowledge on their own time to stay pain-free.

Outside of the Pilates world, I am a piano teacher, I rock climb, snowboard, hike, camp, play the ukulele and am fluent in Spanish.
