I get it. I’ve been there.

Movement has always been part of my life—climbing, snowboarding, hiking—anything that made me feel strong and free. But when injuries started piling up, I found myself feeling stuck. My body wasn’t moving the way I wanted it to—tightness, pain, and instability kept holding me back.

Then, in 2015, a friend asked me to be her practice student for Pilates teacher training. I said yes, not knowing what Pilates was. But something clicked. The way Pilates connected breath, strength, and control just made sense. It helped me understand my body in a way I never had before. It helped me recover. It made me stronger.

By 2017, I was certified and teaching. But for me, Pilates isn’t just movement—it’s freedom.
