You will learn how to use the floor to anchor and stabilize to find a deeper muscle connection and create length in the spine, how to maintain the alignment of the legs to the spine as well as how to let go of tension even during more intense exercises.

We’re taking that barre burn to a different level by adding mobility and balance. Open up your hips and strengthen those inner thighs with this 30 minute Barre Fusion class. You will get the chance to focus in on control, muscle connection and alignment. You will walk away feeling refreshed and a little quivery - the feeling we all want after a good barre class!

deep connection in every plane | Mat

This dynamic Pilates flow uses a small ball to enhance strength, balance, and mobility across every plane of movement. From standing to lying, planking to side-lying, you’ll explore deep core activation, joint stability, and playful movement patterns. With creative variations and mindful control, this class brings new awareness to familiar exercises—challenging your body in all the right ways.

stabilize & sculpt |
Barre

This energizing barre class blends balance, coordination, and targeted strength to challenge the entire body. Through curtsy work, side-plank variations and a creative arm series, you’ll explore single sided stability and deep muscle activation. Expect a satisfying burn followed by a series of opening stretches to leave you feeling strong, steady and refreshed.

fluid foundations | mobility

Nourish your spine, hips, and shoulders in this 30-minute mobility class. You will explore sequences designed to unlock and strengthen your joints. From mind-body balance work to strengthening stretches and twisty rotations, this class is ideal for easing stress in the body and improving functional movement for real life activities.
